Salman Khan's 'Ek Tha Tiger' is still breaking records. The film got a fabulous opening and earned Rs 32 crore on the first day. Within five days of its release, 'Ek Tha Tiger' entered the Rs 100 crore club. The film was released on August 15, 2012 and has already earned more than Rs 175 crore in India. Combined with overseas figures, 'Ek Tha Tiger' has crossed Rs 200 crore mark.
Film critic Taran Adarsh lately tweeted, "#EkThaTiger 12-day total of *approx* Rs 175 cr nett is from India alone. #EkThaTiger India + Overseas combined biz *after 2nd Weekend* is Rs 210 cr +. ALL TIME BLOCKBUSTER.."

He added, "India Rankings TOP 3:- No 1 – #3Idiots [202 cr nett], No 2 – #EkThaTiger [175 cr nett, still counting], No 3 – #Bodyguard [148 cr nett]."

Though, 'Ek Tha Tiger' is yet to beat Aamir Khan's '3 Idiots' in Indian market, but that doesn't look that difficult now. Out of the top three Bollywood grossers, two belong to Salman Khan. No wonder, he is being called the most bankable Bollywood star at the moment.
Salman Khan's next film 'Dabangg 2' directed by his brother Arbaaz Khan will hit the screens on December 21, 2012. He also plays lead role in his brother Sohail Khan's film 'Sher Khan', which will be released next year.
